Painted Ornaments with Annadidathing
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2024 from 11 am - 2 pm
at Beyond Walls, Lynn, MA
Come create unique ornaments with Anna at Beyond Walls Headquarters in Lynn, MA! Our workshop begins with a short walk to Anna's 2022 mural "The Guardians | Mga Tagapagtanggol" where she will give us insight into the creation of this mural, the cultural significance, and the symbolism throughout it. We then warm up with lunch as we settle into our seats, introduce ourselves to one another, and begin painting our wooden ornaments. Each ornament can be painted freely, either with your own designs or with the help of some custom illustrations by Anna that can be traced with transfer paper. Take your new ornament home as a keepsake of our time together!
Pay what you can! Our suggested sliding scale for registration is $20-40 per participant. Your contribution helps support more Lucky Knot Arts programming! Each ticket includes (1) ornament created with Anna as well as lunch we’ll provide from a local Asian-owned vendor. Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
